Participate in a Community Mosaic Project

The New England Mosaic Society is working with the Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation to create three large outdoor mosaic panels for the Riverwalk leading to the museum. The mosaic panels will explore the impacts of technology on the Charles River and its surroundings.  Join us to help tile the river, the sky and the background of the panels.  No experience necessary, all ages welcome. This project is being funded by a grant from the Waltham Cultural Council.

One thing lead to another and I submitted an article on the technique I use to create the jewelry as well as tips to ensure the best results. Read the article entitled: Repurposing Jewelry into Wearable Mosaic Art.
